The practise of Pratyahara:
As popularly integrated in the important niyamas of the Patanjali Yoga Sutra, the practise of Pratyahara implies becoming indrawn from the sensual inputs to attain a one pointed and focussed state of awareness. Practiced properly, Pratyahara leads to dharana, dhyana and samadhi. It essentially is the coming back to the nirvikar and formless self by cutting out the noise that is the obstacle to its realization
Tools for achieving Pratyahara: 1. Practice mindfullness moment to moment in your life.
2. Asans and niyamas of yoga practice.
3. Meditation
. 4. Grounding or contact with the earth’s surface.
5. Brahmari.
6. Digital detox : being away from social media.
7. Chanting.
8. Tapas.
9. Flow : whatever we do in flow makes us one pointed.
