Customer Shipping & Returns Policy

  1. Orders for the product shall be received using the website www.drpallavikwatra.com and the customer will receive an email with order details.
  2. We will arrange to ship your ordered products within 3-4 days of your order, which will be informed to the customer through an email or WhatsApp. Only beyond 7 days of national and 15 days of international couriers, you may raise a grievance for the same at hello@drpallavikwatra.com. Kindly be patient and do not misbehave.
  3. Cash on delivery facility is not provided.
  4. The products can be exchanged only under the following conditions:
    a) In the case of the wrong product.
    b) In the case of a damaged product.
  5. All product prices are inclusive of shipping costs.
  6. There are no cancellations/returns/refunds on international orders.
  7. In case of returns under the aforesaid conditions, the customer needs to inform us through an email at hello@drpallavikwatra.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product with the following details:
    a) Order ID
    b) Date of receiving
    c) Pictures of the item(s) that need to be returned.
  8. Tabeer Publishing (A unit of Saans Solutions LLP) shall not entertain any disputes regarding damage, pilferage, tampering, leakage, non-receipt of delivery, or wrong delivery after 24 hours from the receipt or delivery of the said articles.
  9. Refund of the product will only be allowed in case the same product is not available with us.
  10. The customer shall keep ready the item(s) for return and arrange to ship the same. The packaging of such products shall also be the sole responsibility of the customer.
  11. In case of damaged, pilfered, tampered, pressed, or leaked shipment, the receiver shall mention negative remarks on the POD copy to get a claim for the shipment. In the absence of any negative remarks on the POD copy clearly stating such damage, pilferage, tampering, pressing, or leakage, no claim shall be entertained by Saans Solutions LLP at any point in time.
  12. No returns/refunds are possible on the Shree Yantra products or Energized Cervical Awakening tools at our website as they are individually consecrated as per customer.
  13. NON REFUNDABLE E SERVICES: Thank you for choosing us at SAANS SOLUTIONS LLP for your digital learning and spiritual growth. We are committed to providing you with valuable and transformative experiences through our consultations, e-courses, e-books, and Saadhna initiations.

    Please note that due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any digital services, including but not limited to:

    • Consultations: Once a consultation session is booked and conducted, it is considered a completed service, and refunds are not available.
    • E-courses: Access to e-course materials is granted immediately upon purchase. Due to the instant delivery of these digital products, refunds cannot be processed.
    • E-books: Similar to e-courses, e-books are delivered digitally upon purchase. Therefore, all e-book sales are final.
    • Saadhna Initiations: Initiations are sacred and deeply personal experiences. Once an initiation is performed and completed, refunds are not offered.
    • Pujas conducted for you.

    • Scheduling and Logistics: Once a Puja is booked, scheduling and logistical arrangements are made, which cannot be easily altered or reversed.
    • Sacred Nature of Rituals: Pujas are sacred rituals performed with specific intentions and energies. Once performed, the ritual is considered complete and cannot be undone.
