To the chaos in your heart,
To the brave stalwart
Who smiles through his scars,
Finding his loved ones amidst the night stars.
To the blossoming flower
And the thunder and hearts shower.
To the years that go by unloved
To the tears frozen and unshed.
To the love that God whispers,
To the silent gifts that he delivers,
To the sorrow that sobs in the lonely nights,
To the heart that swells of many delights,
To the ego and vanity cries,
To the sea of compassion that constantly dries..
Listen until u hear…
Listen until you bear …
Listen until you know…
Listen until you flow…
Listen until u still…
Listen until ur fill…
Listen …and speak less often!
And you will know the profane vanity of speech
That is vain and empty in its reach.
Listen…and just be !
You need no teacher or book
To deliver you from this life’ s hook.
