Asking for nothing is the pinnacle of complete surrender. Only being the best version of oneself as a divine tool remains as a guiding compass to devotion. In one such meandering of the heart, Devi anchored herself unto me and the premises of the Anahata (heart) became her perennial abode. This book emerges as an outpouring love from the Anahata Bindu and she ensures its manifestation.

There are some excellent English editions of the Thousand Names of Śhrī Lalitā ( Lalita sahasranama) with commentaries, and this book is intended to supplement rather than supplant them. A specific intention of this book, however is to bring her to each and every one in a simple and basic manner rather than any complicated scripture reading that might not be in good taste to all the same. This justifies the usage of 1000 images in this book that help visually create an impression of her described qualities therein.

This edition seeks to present this miraculous poem in an easy-to-use form that can, and hopefully will, be used regularly by all who are inspired to experience her grace.
