The silent flame of solitude
Singes the patterns of thought.
Every moment you are reincarnated anew
Then die as a nobody that no one ever knew.
In mortal life, what is there still left to bear
The monotony of another greying hair.
So much water has passed over the bridge,
What do you now wait to know or drop?
When it is so clear you do not even own an atom
In this myriad world of God’s unfolding grace
Give up all ideas of transformation!
There is no one left to be
But Yourself!
