The Bindu of the Shree Chakra is not merely a locatable point of the Shree Yantra but is the endpoint of all sadhana. Until the seeker reaches the Bindu consciousness, the Maya of Devi’s form eludes him and keeps him trapped in the repetitive quest of discovery. She eludes him, woos him, and keeps him latched to her through the erotica of devotion. At the maturity of sadhana, the Maaya concedes to the devotion and surrender of the saadhak and finally liberates him from his duality consciousness of the worshipper. The trinity of worshipped, worshipper, and worship all are transcended. At this point of consummation, there is a deep silence ( Mouna) that takes over.
There are no hymns to be sung, no rituals are undertaken, no sadhanas to be practiced, no siddhis to be gained…not even the desire for Mukti remains. Neutral and without ego identity of the ahankara, the true splendor of Devi’s grace is experienced as she is in the purity of sambhog (divine union) with the Shiva within.
MAY ALL EXPERIENCE THE MOUNA OF THE BINDU!
