RELAX, BREATHE & LET GO

In your busy schedule, packed with multitasking activities, and as you rush towards goals and checklists of works to be done, stress seeps in inevitably. The pressure of performance and perfection insists one to be ” in the doing mode”. Without the pause of “just being” at least a few minutes at least in a day, we might be turning ourselves towards a breakdown. Recharging little every day by relaxing, breathing and letting go of all feelings of yesterday is a rejuvenating practice.
Meditation, breath awareness, yoga Nidra, listening to music or simply sitting silent and watching one’s thoughts and emotions pass over…all these could be integrated into daily life to rejuvenate, repair and recycle life.
